The Browning Firearms Museum is dedicated to exploring the history of highly influential gun inventor John M. Browning as well as the general history of firearm design. An extensive collection at the museum features many of the original prototypes of sporting rifles and handguns developed by the turn-of-the-century innovator, as well as his heirs who continued the business. Located within Ogden's historic Union Station, northeast of Fort Buenaventura State Park, the museum shares the building with the Utah State Railroad Museum, the Browning-Kimball Classic Car Museum and the Eccles Rail Center.
